Returns & Refunds Policy

A Time for Seasons offers an exchange or credit note only for all for all full priced items returned within 14 days of your order date. Products on sale or purchased with a discount code cannot be returned.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect sizing.

Postage costs to return an item back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Before you return your product to us please check the item is unworn, in new condition, free of damages and all swing tags are fully attached. We will not accept an item that is deemed by us to be worn, washed or altered. This includes any marks, make-up or tan stains on this garment.

We will not accept responsibility for any garment that is lost or damaged when being retuned back to us.



We do check over all our products thoroughly before posting them out to you. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item please email us at with your name, address, order no and an explanation of why you wish to return your product. We will contact you within the next 24 hours upon receiving your email. Alternatively you can contact us on 0418 845 765.

Faulty garments will be sent back to the manufacturer for perusal of the problem. Your purchase will be repaired or replaced if the item is not of acceptable quality. You will be refunded in full if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Any items left for collection in store using our Click & Collect option for longer than 7 days cannot be returned once collected.
